Arrangements have now been made for the second leg of the Two Shires Competition against Gloucestershire to be held at Churchdown on Sunday 11th March. Because the County Trials have been cancelled all players wanting to play for the county next year should inform Richard Payne that they will be at Gloucester on the 11th or apologise for why they can not make it.

There are two extra fixtures to the county diary.   –   29th July  – away to Northamptonshire “A” ( Daventry )   –   19th August  –  At home to Northamptonshire “A” ( Bromsgrove ).

The squad for the inter county knockout fixture against Suffolk on Saturday 3rd February is shown below. The match is being played at Daventry Indoor bowling Club and squad members are asked to arrive no later than 9.30 am.

All County bowlers are asked to support this very successful event and to  inform Richard Payne of their intention to take part in it.

The County Squad is advised that the fixture scheduled for the 14th January against West Midlands has been cancelled.  But  –   please note that a “Two Shires” match against Gloucestershire has been arranged for this date,  The match  –  14th January at Bromsgrove Indoor Bowling Centre  –  will commence at 10.00 am and players are requested to arrive by 9.30 am. As many of the squad as possible are asked to support this match and those who are available are asked to inform Richard Payne as soon as possible.
